On December 18, 2017 The Break Room suffered extensive smoke damage. The fire next door closed both of our restaurants. Field of Greens reopened a few weeks later but the damage to The Break Room was more extensive. Our entire stage/theatre had to be disassembled. With all the new progress in Downtown Topeka, we decided that we might as well do something to make The Break Room Cooler!! The community has joined together to have multiple fundraiser and we have also set up a GoFundMe Account to those who would just like to see the Break Room be cooler!
